Terms of Service

Rebase is an AI-powered resume builder that helps you organize your professional experiences and generate tailored resumes. The service includes:

• •Storing and organizing your career experiences ("Blobs")
• •AI-powered resume generation tailored to specific job descriptions
• •Tools to refine and improve your resume content
• •PDF export for job applications

• •You must be at least 13 years old to use Rebase
• •You may only create one account per person
• •You must provide accurate information when creating your account
• •You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure
• •You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

You own your content. All resume content, work experiences, and professional information you provide remains yours.

By using Rebase, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not sell your content or use it for any purpose other than operating Rebase.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload, including text from previous resumes or job descriptions.

Rebase uses a credit system for AI-powered features:

Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services and AI processing costs, we generally do not offer refunds for purchased credits or subscriptions. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days.

Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

• •AI output may contain errors, inaccuracies, or inappropriate content
• •You must review and verify all AI-generated resume content before use
• •You are solely responsible for the accuracy of your final resume
• •We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will help you get a job
• •AI features may be updated or changed at any time

You agree not to:

• •Include false or misleading information in your resumes
• •Claim credentials, degrees, or experience you do not have
• •Use Rebase to generate content for fraudulent purposes
• •Attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent the credits system
• •Share your account with others or sell access to your account
• •Use automated tools to access Rebase (bots, scrapers, etc.)
• •Interfere with the service or attempt to access systems without authorization
• •Violate any applicable laws or regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

By you: You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete Account. This permanently deletes all your data and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, you should cancel it first.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the service. We will attempt to notify you before termination unless the violation is severe.

No Employment Guarantee: Rebase is a tool to help you create resumes. We do not guarantee that using Rebase will result in job interviews, offers, or employment. Hiring decisions are made by employers, not by us.

Service Availability: We strive to keep Rebase available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

"As Is" Service: Rebase is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rebase and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or employment opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the app. Continued use of Rebase after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
